Today has done wonders for my self esteem. My medicine pouch smells good and fills me with positive energy; my puppy gives me an outlet for energy and allows me to practice being calm and assertive; This outfit makes me feel sexy ad confident. Today is a great day, and I pray that these good feelings carry on tomorrow, and the next day, and the days after.

The air after summer rain is always the sweetest. When I inhale, it feels as though my entire body is breathing, becoming refreshed, and my heart becomes light.
